2. Non-Refundable Payments

  • All membership fees and payments made for premium services are non-refundable, whether in full or in part, once the service has been activated.

  • Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used subscription periods.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation will stop the auto-renewal of future charges, but past payments already made will not be refunded.

4. Exceptional Cases for Refunds
