2. Non-Refundable Payments

All membership fees and payments made for premium services are non-refundable, whether in full or in part, once the service has been activated.
Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used subscription periods.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop the auto-renewal of future charges, but past payments already made will not be refunded.

4. Exceptional Cases for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
Payment made but the premium features were not activated in your account.
Any other case where the refund is required due to a proven technical issue on our side.
